Hello & Welcome! I am Miss. P!
I have proudly been teaching at Middletown High School for the past 17 years. I am the teacher and advisor of Intro to Film and Social Media, Advanced Film and Social Media, & Morning News and I am a Technology Education Specialist for the high school.
My love for TV & Film began when I was in high school and had the opportunity to be part of a TV/Video course and the morning news. I followed my passion to Iona College and studied Mass Communication with a concentration in TV/Video. I completed my education at Central Connecticut State University with a Masters in Technology & Engineering Education. I absolutely love what I do, and truly believe I am exactly where I was meant to be.
When I'm not at school, I enjoy spending time with my family and our 4 dogs, Hennessy, River, Riggins & Anna... 7 Cats, (Rosy, Rex, Dorothy, Hazel, Stella, Penelope, & Jinx), Felix the horse, Dilly the pony, Piper and Poppy the goats, and my many chickens, ducks, turkeys, bunnies, and guinea pigs. I love boating on the CT River, Horseback Riding, snowboarding, photography, gardening & getting crafty!
I studied at Iona College, CCSU & Liberty University!
